I had a great experience with RNR Tire! Their customer service was amazing, and the staff was always patient and helpful with me. I know I probably constantly bothered them anytime I had a question or concern about my tires, but they never made me feel like I was a problem. They always took the time to listen, answer my questions, and help me figure out what was going on. I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. Great customer service goes a long way, and I definitely recommend RNR Tire to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about their customers !

Hello, I am writing regarding my recent visit to your shop for a tire purchase and installation. Unfortunately, I left extremely dissatisfied and concerned about the safety of my vehicle. When I arrived, all six lug studs were intact. After your technicians installed the tires, I was informed that one stud was stripped, which I was told was not caused by your team. However, after the vehicle was brought around, I observed that two studs were stripped now. This left my vehicle in a worse and potentially unsafe condition than when I brought it in. I raised my concerns at the time, as I was not comfortable driving away with fewer functional studs. Despite this, I was told the vehicle was β€œsafe to drive” and that no repairs would be made since your team did not acknowledge responsibility. I was also told your shop would not assist with repairs unless you caused the damage. In a calm and respectable manner I told the manager, since I brought my vehicle in with six studs with lug nuts. I went as far as asking will he allow me to purchase some studs and they put them on. He told me they are not mechanics. Regardless of fault, I entrusted your business with my vehicle and expected it to be

WOOOOOO! I finally finished paying off my rims and tires ! As a young adult just starting to feel my way through life , RNR really came in clutch when I needed to replace my bent rim. With a below average credit score and minimum wage I was able to get 4 new tires and shiny rims with no down payment. I kept up with my payments , the staff was understanding and worked with me whenever I was late on a payment or two. This was cost friendly and comes with a sweet deal for free alignments , roadside assistance , and rotation/balances. Thank you RNR team !

I will never get tired from them again in Baton Rouge. Rude customer service and they authorize your car without your authorization. They says you sign for them to authorize, but I didn’t from this bank card. Please get your tires from Amazon is much cheaper and you don’t have to go through with all the hassle. Plus both transactions was the same day. I was due on the third, which make me only a couple of days behind then they proceed to authorize out of my bank account without my authorization or permission. I never had a problem with R&R the company, but the Baton Rouge one is horrible. I would not recommend it to no one. The regional manager is very rude. Never again. If you’re looking for reasonable ones, please shop around because they have better deals.
